The Optimal Body & Mind is a 3-part session.addressing your physical, nutritional and emotional/mental levels.
On a physical level, you will be tested for common sources of lifestyle stress (eg. chronic dehydration) which you most likely would not be aware of,.using a muscle testing technique. These stresses can be resolved through the body easily once identified.
On a nutritional level you will be tested for common deficiencies using a muscle testing technique. Information from this section will help you tweak your diet to your benefit.
On the emotional /mental level you will be able to defuse current and past worries and stresses that may be draining your energy reserves, either consciously or unconsciously. Phobias, fears, and other negative emotions respond well to this. You will learn body based techniques to use as needed to deal with day to day stress easily and in the moment. This is not a "talk therapy" - all stresses will be resolved through the body.
Our thoughts create our reality with 95% of these creative thoughts being subconscious. It has been said that the subconscious contains the computer programs that run our life, while our life itself is the print-out of those programs. However we "copy and paste" our subconscious beliefs from that of our parents and caregivers when we are aged 0-7. If you don't like something in your reality you can now access the subconscious mind to identify and change beliefs that are not supportive of your highest good.
Have you ever made a vision board or spent time repeating affirmations? The goal of both is to try to influence the subconscious mind and harness its power. Using PSYCH-K techniques we can create an internal vision board and "hard-wire" beneficial affirmations into subconscious beliefs to help in achieving your goals.
At the end of the session you will be given a 3 page report with information to support you in maintaining your body and mind in an optimal way.
This session can be done via video call or Skype as well as in person.
